Would you like to create a link directly to a Zimbra message? Given that you know Zimbra ID (beware, it’s not Message-ID header!) you can point directly with:

https://your-zimbra-url/?id=123

Of course replace 123 with the Zimbra ID.

If the message is not on the logged in account but on a shared account:

https://your-zimbra-url/?id=account-id:123

account-id can be obtained with:

zmprov ga account-name | grep ^zimbraId: | awk '{print $2}'
